Nomadic Yoga Company aims to bring yoga to you through private one to one and small group sessions, classes, workshops, pop up events, and retreats.

It was founded by life explorer, traveller, adventurer, mindfulness and wellness seeker, Clare Jevons.

Clare is a 580 hour Yoga teacher. She travelled to her most beloved country, India, to complete her 200 hours training in Ashtanga Yoga and 300 hours in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She has also completed 50 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training in the beautiful Mountains of the French Alps, and 30 hours Rocket Yoga Teacher Training in the stunning South Coast of the UK.

In 2020 she Qualified as a Transformational Life Coach, delving deeper into the emotional body, and neuro programming of our brains, adding to her depth of knowledge to support people through a life transformational journey to their Higher Selves.

Clare's Yoga journey began back at University, in the early 2000's with a yoga DVD. Having always been very health conscious and a sports and fitness advocate, yoga was a great addition to calm her mind during the busy university times, and to increase flexibility whilst training in the gym and competing in sports, and to help ease those dancing legs!

After several years of self practice and yoga classes, she took the plunge and travelled back to India, the birthplace of yoga, to complete her teacher training. Clare's creative flair, her love of festivals and fun, glitter and sparkles, and not taking herself too seriously, shine through in her teaching. Her classes are fun, challenging, fresh, inspiring and adaptable.

Her passion and knowledge of anatomy, the human body and brain, movement, mindfulness, coaching and adventure inspire her teaching and connections to others, and drive her to bring yoga and mindful wellbeing to you, where ever you are.  She is on a continuous journey to explore her yoga and wellbeing passion, thriving for more, and helping to build strong connections to create an aspiring global community of passionate yogis, yoga practitioners and facilitators, movement artists, wellness advocates, and spiritual gangsters!

Whether you are new to yoga or want to advance in your practice, Nomadic Yoga Company offers classes in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Yin-Yang Yoga, and Rocket Yoga. Classes are designed to build strength, increase flexibility, connect to yourself in the present moment, and calm the mind.

A unique slow practice where poses are held for 3 to 8 minutes at a time, helping to relieve tension in the connective tissues in our bodies, and release burdens of the mind.

The first Private Introductory session includes an informal chat, posture assessment, a discussion of any specific physical ailments or issues, and a tailored plan of postures suited to you.
